Big Weekend! 4/29 thru 5/2

It's gonna be a big weekend for Earth's Crust Pizza & The Krazy Monkey Juicebar!  We've perfected a new recipe & cooking method for our grilled pizzas, and this weekend we'll give you lots of opportunities to try it out.  Here is our weekend lineup:

Friday, April 29th: Independent's Day Kickoff Party @Kobolive

The Pizza cart will be set up outside at 6pm.  Come by and check out some local music, arts, & crafts that will be featured at this year's Independents Day Festival in September.
We'll be outside along with Veggielicious and Families Mobile Kitchen (Chicken & Waffle Truck)

Saturday, April 30th: First Farmers' Market of the season
The Juicebar will be open for its first Clintonville Farmers Market!  Start your day with a shot of wheatgrass or a fresh smoothie!  And visit our wheatgrass guy's farm stand, Swainway Farms, for a coupon to the juicebar.  Joseph is great and supplies us with fresh, organic wheatgrass every week.  He'll be outside selling trays of wheatgrass along with other great herbs, plants, & produce.  The Farmers Market runs from 9am till noon, right out on High st in front of Global Gallery & the Juicebar.  We'll be open all day from 9am-7pm.

ALSO on Saturday, The Pizza Cart will be at Eartha Limited's "Healthy Environment, Healthy Living" festival from 11am-4pm.  There will be backyard composting workshops, a climbing wall, music, and more!  Details here:

Monday, May 2nd: Clintonville Co-Op Member Appreciation Day
The Pizza cart will be out front from 3pm-6pm serving up grilled pizzas using local & organic ingredients from right inside the Co-Op.  It's where we purchase our local wheat & spelt, as well as our cheeses & other local ingredients to make our pizzas.  And if you're a co-op member, you'll get an extra discount on all your Co-Op purchases that day.

But seriously, this year is going to be an incredibly exciting season for food carts and trucks in Columbus.  There are a lot of new ones coming in this year, which brings in more variety and adds even more flavor to the already delicious scene.
